1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vee3 platform, including the website at vee3.io, the customer application at app.vee3.io, the API at api.vee3.io, and the hosted MCP endpoint at mcp.vee3.io (together, the "Service"), operated by Vee3 ("Vee3", "we", "us", or "our").
By creating an account, accessing the dashboard, using an API key, connecting an integration such as Cursor via MCP, or paying for a subscription, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and "you" includes that entity.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
2. The Service
Vee3 provides an agent capabilities platform. Today, the Service includes:
- Agent capabilities API - REST endpoints and hosted MCP tools for data and actions across supported platforms (including TikTok, X/Twitter, Google Search, Google Trends, Domains, Pages, SEO, YouTube, website screenshots, and others listed in our public catalog). Domains capabilities include public domain research tools and, where available, domain registration, renewal, and managed DNS through Namecheap as the registrar. Registration uses platform registrar credentials; you do not need your own Namecheap account
- Pages - static website hosting billed in tokens. Hosting uses platform Bunny.net credentials; you do not need your own Bunny.net account
- Customer dashboard - account management, API keys, usage visibility, billing, and connected third-party accounts
- Connected accounts - optional OAuth or credential connections (for example TikTok Login Kit, X/Twitter, Stripe, and Clerk) so agents can act on accounts you authorize
- Hosted MCP - an HTTP MCP proxy that forwards tool calls to the API
- Token-based usage metering - monthly plan allowances and per-request token charges
We may add, change, or remove features over time. Published API contracts remain backward-compatible unless we introduce a new version intentionally.
3. Accounts and API keys
You may access the Service through a dashboard account authenticated via Clerk and/or through API keys you create in the dashboard. API keys may be used by humans, automated agents, scripts, or third-party tools you configure, including MCP clients such as Cursor.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate account information and keep it up to date
- Keep API keys confidential and not embed them in public repositories or client-side code
- Revoke compromised keys promptly from the dashboard
- Accept responsibility for all activity performed with your account and API keys, including activity by agents, integrations, and anyone you authorize
API keys are shown in full only once at creation. Store them securely. We store only a secure hash of each key.
We may suspend or terminate accounts or keys that violate these Terms, pose a security risk, or remain unpaid.
4. Connected third-party accounts
You may connect third-party accounts from the dashboard so that your API keys and agents can use those platforms on your behalf. Connections may use OAuth (for example TikTok Login Kit or X/Twitter) or credentials you supply (for example Clerk).
When you connect an account, you agree that:
- You are authorized to grant Vee3 access to that account and the scopes or permissions requested
- You will comply with the third party's terms, policies, and developer rules (including TikTok's Terms of Service and TikTok for Developers terms when you use TikTok features)
- Actions performed through a connected account via your API key or agents are your responsibility
- You may disconnect an account at any time from Dashboard → Connections
We store encrypted tokens and basic profile metadata needed to maintain the connection. Disconnecting revokes our ability to act on that account; for TikTok we also request token revocation when possible. Third-party platforms may independently revoke access.
5. Acceptable use
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Prohibited uses include, without limitation:
- Attempting to access private, internal, or unauthorized networks, systems, or data
- Submitting URLs or requests you do not have the legal right to access, capture, or reproduce
- Capturing, storing, or distributing content in violation of copyright, trademark, privacy, or other third-party rights
- Using the Service to harass, defame, distribute malware, or facilitate illegal activity
- Circumventing authentication, quotas, rate limits, security controls, or billing restrictions
- Reselling or sublicensing the Service without our prior written consent
- Using the Service in a manner that violates the terms of third-party websites or services you target
- Using connected TikTok, X, or other platform APIs in ways that violate that platform's developer policies, spam rules, or content rules
- Providing false or misleading registrant contact information for domain registration
- Registering domains without authority to do so
- Using domain registration or DNS features to violate ICANN, registry, or registrar policies, or to facilitate phishing, malware, or other illegal activity
- Publishing hosted pages with content you are not allowed to host
- Using Pages to host or facilitate phishing, malware, spam, or other illegal activity
- Using Pages to attack, overload, or interfere with third-party websites, services, or infrastructure
- Impersonating Vee3 or using a page slug or hostname in a misleading way
- Overloading or interfering with the Service or third-party infrastructure
We may refuse, block, or throttle specific URLs, accounts, keys, or requests at our discretion, including where we detect abuse or security risk. We are not obligated to capture any particular website. We may suspend or delete hosted pages that violate these Terms.
6. Domain registration and DNS
When you register a domain, you authorize Vee3 to submit the registration to Namecheap, our domain registrar, on your behalf using the contact details you provide.
- You must provide accurate registrant contact information and a real email inbox that can receive registrar verification and notices. You are responsible for completing any verification the registrar requires
- You may only register domains you are authorized to register (for yourself or for a person or entity that authorized you or your agent)
- WHOIS privacy is enabled by default unless you disable it on the request. Disabling privacy may make contact details public via WHOIS or RDAP
- Domains are registered at the registrar under applicable registry and ICANN rules. Vee3 is not the registry
- Managed DNS changes you request are applied on the registrar's DNS for domains in your Vee3 managed inventory
- Deleting your Vee3 account or stopping use of the Service does not by itself cancel, transfer, or expire a registered domain. Domain lifecycle after that is governed by the registrar and registry
7. Pages and static hosting
Pages lets you publish static websites through the Service. Files you publish are public. Anyone who can reach the page can fetch them.
- You are responsible for the files you publish, the claims those files make, and for having the rights and lawful bases needed to host that content
- Custom domains are hostnames on domains in this account's Vee3 inventory. Vee3 writes DNS and attaches CDN and TLS for those hostnames. The preview hostname on vee3.site remains available
- Hosting depends on Bunny.net and Namecheap. We do not guarantee uptime, TLS issuance, DNS timing, or CDN propagation
- Deleting a page removes it from your Vee3 inventory. We then attempt to delete related upstream storage, CDN, and DNS resources. Cached copies may remain reachable for a time
- Deleting your Vee3 account deletes hosted pages from Vee3 inventory. It does not keep those sites online
8. Third-party websites and content
When you submit a URL, we fetch and render that page on your behalf. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites, their content, availability, or terms. Screenshots may include third-party intellectual property, personal data, or other protected content. You are solely responsible for how you use outputs and for ensuring you have appropriate rights and lawful bases to request and use them.
Some websites block automated access, require login, or load inconsistently. We do not guarantee successful capture of any specific URL.
9. Plans, tokens, and billing
Usage is metered in tokens. Current monthly plans are:
| Plan | Price (USD/month) | Tokens/month |
|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | 1,000 |
| Starter | $5 | 10,000 |
| Pro | $20 | 50,000 |
| Scale | $100 | 400,000 |
Token rules:
- Each successful screenshot response (HTTP 200) consumes 20 tokens
- Failed or blocked requests consume 0 tokens but may still be logged
- Other capabilities have their own published token costs in the catalog and API documentation
- Domain registration and renewal consume tokens according to the quoted token cost at purchase time (including any service token component and domain-price token component shown in the catalog or quote)
- Register and renew require an expected token cost that matches a fresh quote
- Domain registration and renewal token charges are non-refundable once the registrar accepts the order, except where required by law
- Domain purchases are billed in tokens against your plan allowance; they are not separate Stripe line items
- Pages catalog actions consume tokens according to the published token cost for each action
- Daily CDN bandwidth for hosted pages is billed in tokens from measured traffic. We may charge for that bandwidth even if you are over quota
- Pages token charges are non-refundable once the action succeeds or a bandwidth day is billed, except where required by law
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Payment processing is also subject to Stripe's terms and privacy policy.
You may upgrade, manage, or cancel paid subscriptions through the Stripe Customer Portal available from the dashboard. Unless required by applicable law, fees are non-refundable and we do not provide prorated credits for partial billing periods.
If payment fails or your subscription becomes past due, API access is limited to the free-tier token allowance until payment is resolved. Free-tier and quota limits may change with reasonable notice.
Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for applicable taxes unless we are required to collect them.
10. Availability and support
We provide the Service on a commercially reasonable, best-effort basis. Unless we agree separately in writing, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific response times, or successful capture of any target URL. Maintenance, infrastructure limits, browser automation timeouts, and third-party site behavior may affect results.
Support requests may be sent to support@vee3.io. We do not commit to a specific support response time unless stated in a separate agreement.
11. Intellectual property
We own the Service, including software, branding, documentation, and related intellectual property. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, we reserve all rights.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business or personal purposes.
You retain rights in your inputs and in how you lawfully use outputs, subject to third-party rights in captured content. If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use them without restriction or compensation.
12. Privacy and data processing
Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that:
- We log API usage metadata, including the URLs you submit for screenshot capture
- Screenshot files are stored temporarily and deleted within 30 days
- When you connect third-party accounts (including TikTok), we store encrypted OAuth tokens and profile metadata needed to provide those features
- Registrant contacts submitted for domain registration are forwarded to the registrar and are not stored by Vee3 after the registration request is processed
- We store managed-domain inventory metadata (domain name, status, expiry, privacy flag, registrar identifiers)
- You are responsible for having a lawful basis to submit registrant personal data (including data about third parties)
- If you process personal data contained in URLs, screenshots, or connected-account content, you are responsible for complying with applicable data protection laws and, where required, obtaining a Data Processing Agreement from us
13. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that screenshots will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. We do not warrant uninterrupted domain registration, renewal success, DNS propagation timing, or registrar or registry availability. We do not warrant Bunny.net or CDN availability, TLS issuance, DNS or CDN propagation timing, or that a hosted page will remain cached or reachable after you delete it or after we attempt to remove it.
14. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VEE3 AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $100 IF YOU USE ONLY THE FREE TIER.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
15. Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vee3 and its operators from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, URLs, content, registrant contacts, domains, DNS records, hosted page files, slugs, or hostnames you submit, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
16. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and may cancel paid subscriptions through the Stripe Customer Portal. You may delete your account from the dashboard under Manage account.
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or if continued access poses a security, legal, or operational risk.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice, such as by email or dashboard notice, before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
18. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Poland, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you retain any mandatory rights and remedies under the laws of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights. You may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
